My Store – Return and Refund Policy

At My Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at syedsajjadllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items
• Downloadable digital products
• Gift cards

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at syedsajjadllc@gmail.com.
